IEEE Delhi Section with Computer Society Chapter, Consultants Network Affinity Group, Life Member Affinity Group, Inter Society Relations, Industry Relations & SIGHT Standing Committees of IEEE Delhi with the associations CSI, Safa Society, ISTE Delhi Section, IETE Delhi Centre, invites you for a Webinar on 22-August-2026, the Saturday, at 06:00 p.m. The success of Foundation Models has transformed language, vision, and code, demonstrating how largescale pretraining can produce highly capable, general-purpose AI systems. Yet most enterprise intelligence continues to rely on structured, tabular data that powers decision-making across banking, finance, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, and many other industries. Tabular Foundation Models (TFMs) extend the foundation model paradigm to structured data, introducing a new approach to predictive analytics. Rather than building and tuning a separate machine learning pipeline for every dataset, TFMs leverage large-scale pretraining to transfer statistical knowledge across a wide variety of tabular learning tasks. Emerging approaches such as TabPFN and TabICL illustrate how this paradigm can simplify traditional workflows while delivering competitive predictive performance with significantly less engineering effort. This session provides an accessible introduction to Tabular Foundation Models, explains why structured data presents unique challenges, compares TFMs with classical machine learning, and explores practical considerations for enterprise adoption. Attendees will gain an understanding of where these models fit today, their current limitations, and why they represent an important step toward the future of enterprise AI.
