This lecture will introduce IoT fundamentals and trace the evolution toward IoB, explaining how sensor data, analytics, and behavioral science come together to drive personalized actions. Real-world examples from insurance, fitness, retail,smart cities, and healthcare will illustrate current applications, while future possibilities in education, energy, and policy will be explored. The session will also highlight the critical ethical, privacy, and security considerations that must guide IoB’s adoption in society.
