The objective of this Faculty Induction Programme is to sensitize and motivate the faculty to adopt learner centric approach with required degree of in-built flexibilities having ICT integration, and emerging pedagogical approaches to teaching learning processes and assessment in Higher education. The induction programme will include major components like teaching and research methodologies, collaborative and project based learning, uses of ICT and open source Learning Management System (LMS), human values and professional ethics, Institutional assessment and accreditation processes having special focus on all the four components of faculty development namely Interpersonal, Instructional, Organizational and Professional. The induction programme is open to the teachers/research scholars from all the stream of of higher and technical education.
