Once you reach your destination, you walk 5 meters away from car and it locks itself, OR, you want to give your car to your teenage son to drive but want to restrict him to not drive over 60 KMPH, OR, while you are on vacation, you can share a key with your friend who can just unlock it to fetch some belongings and you can terminate your shared keys once he is done. All these use cases and many more are possible with Phone as a Key or Digital Key feature.
