Bharati Vidyapeeth Institute’s of Computer Applications and Management (BVICAM), New Delhi organized a workshop on Soft Skills on 22^nd Oct 2016 for its MCA First year Students. The workshop was conducted by Mr. Varun Sushren - Corporate Trainer, in which he carried out various activities to bring out the talent and skills of students. The activities were based on Group Discussions, Interviews, Casual and Formal Meetings etc upon which the profiling of students was done.

At the end of the workshop, the students were told their strengths, their weak points, how to overcome them and build up their confidence level.
